Laura's Tasche (Laura's bag)
Da das Wetter hier in Kalifornien gerade nicht so absolut überragend ist - inzwischen scheint zwar die Sonne, aber es ist sehr windig - brauchte ich natürlich was, um meine zwei jungen Damen zu beschäftigen. ;)
Bei JoAnn's habe ich zwei Fertigpackungen für diese Taschen (eigentlich sind esTürhänger) gekauft und meine Mädchen haben sich heute daran gesetzt und genäht. Ein wenig musste ich helfen. Vor allem, beim Schließen der Öffnungen, bei den French Knots (welches Kind ab 5 soll die können?!?) und die Schmetterlinge insgesamt (das war eine ganz schöne Fummelei LOL).
Because the weather in California isn't that good - in the meantime the sun is shining but it's still very windy - I needed something for my young ladies to have them occupied. ;) At JoAnn's I found these kits for bags (well, actually these are doorhangers) and my girls sewed them today. I had to help them a little, especially with closing the opening for the wadding and the french knots (which child ages 5 is supposed to be able making them?!?) and the complete butterflies weren't that easy (it was some fiddly thingy LOL).
