Geburtstagspost

So sah es aus, bevor ich meine Geburtstagspost geöffnet hatte. Auf dem ersten Bild seht ihr sämtliche Umschläge und Päckchen. Auf dem zweiten Bild rechts sind nur die Umschläge vom Geburtstagsstoffwichtelswap bei den Quiltfriends.

This is how it looked like before I opened my birthday post. On the first picture you can see all the post I got. The picture on the right shows only the envelopes from the Birthday-Fabric-Swap at Quiltfriends.

Und so sieht es dann nach the Auspackorgie aus. LOL Auf dem Bild links sind sämtliche Inhalte vom Stoffwichtel-Swap zu sehen. Auf dem rechten Bild sind nur die Stoffe zu sehen. Der linke Stapel auf dem Bild sind lauter Batik-Stoffe und der rechte Stapel sind Basic-Stoffe.

And this ist after the unpacking-show. LOL The Picture on the right shows all things from the Fabric-Swap. On the right picture there is only all the fabric. The bunch on the left shows all batiks I got and on the right are all the basic fabrics shown.

Geburtstagsüberraschung

Zu meinem Geburtstag wurde ich von vielen Quiltfriends überrascht. Ich bin beim Postkarten-Swap die Mom und mache aber dieses Jahr gar nicht selber mit. Ja, schon etwas verquer, LOL.

For my birthday I got a big surprise from many Quiltfriends. I'm swapmom of the birthday-AMC-swap and don't swap myself. Yeah, that's weird, I know. LOL.

Kurz vor meinem Geburtstag waren plötzlich immer wieder Umschläge im Briefkasten, mit dem Hinweis darauf, ich dürfe das erst am Geburtstag öffnen. Von Tag zu Tag wurde ich neugieriger.

Just before my birthday some unexpected envelopes startet to arrive and they had a not on them, that I must not open before my birthday. I became more and more curious.

Endlich war es soweit und ich durfte aufpacken. Natürlich schon um 0.00 Uhr. ;)

Finally the day came and I was allowed to open all of them. Of course I did that at midnight. ;)

Heraus kamen ganz viele schöne Karten. Vielen lieben Dank an meine Kartengruppe A, eure Überraschung ist wirklich sehr gelungen.

There werde many beautiful AMCs. Thank you very much to my AMC-group A, your surprise went very well.

Meine allerliebste Post

Schon vor längerem habe ich von einer lieben Quiltfriend ein tolles Geschenk bekommen. Das war teil des Pay-it-forward - Projektes. Ania hat diese ganz ganz tollen Blumen auf diesem Buchcover appliziert und gestickt. Es gefällt mir wirklich sehr sehr gut und ein Notizbuch kann ich auch immer brauchen. Vielen Dank, Ania.

Some time ago I received a great gift. It was part of the Pay-it-forward - project. Ania appliqueed and stitched this gorgeous flowes on this bookcover. I like it really very much and a notebook always comes in handy for me. Thank you very much, Ania.


Außerdem habe ich in den letzten Tagen wieder einige Siggies erhalten. Zwei bin ich noch schuldig. Leider staut sich bei mir gerade alles ein bisschen. Aber ich hoffe, dass es bald wieder besser wird. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Siggies.

Also I received some siggies within the last days. I'm still owing my siggies for two of them. Unfortunately everything is accumulating a bit here. But I'm hoping that it will soon get better again. Thank you very much for these nice siggies.
